Goal
The goal of this workshop is to help you reclaim control of your processes and tools, your way of work. We achieve this by helping you unlock your talents and skills, and giving you practical tools that we have developed specifically for this purpose.
Approach
We start by first exploring the foundations together, helping you discover the fundamental principles at the root of effectiveness and delivering value, and how to apply them to guide your journey in your own unique context. Using plain English, we will create a flexible and dynamic roadmap together, designed to give you a step by step approach for your journey.
With a solid grasp of the principles and a roadmap to navigate your journey, we will then look at how to translate theory into effective practices. In this process we will focus on three things:
- How to find the right practices for your context, helping you to decide which practices to keep, which to replace or improve, what alternatives to consider, and even how to develop your own. Just like companies like spotify and google do.
- How to implement practices effectively and how to understand their role and impact in the larger context.
- How to foster a culture of learning, focused on genuine creative and critical thinking, in which everyone is continuously striving to improve practices.
Impact
After this workshop, you will be able to use critical thinking to make your processes serve you, rather than the other way around. You will learn how to take control of your own transformational journey so you can carry on without external expertise. And if you do decide to hire an external coach or consultant, you will be able to understand and direct their work with complete confidence.
We will also help you strip away years of theoretical jargon, mindless rituals, and misunderstood practices and techniques that stifle ownership and inhibit your creative problem-solving.
